To ensure a dedicated and personalized experience, all appointments require a non-refundable Concierge Visit Fee of $225, payable at the time of booking.

The Concierge Visit Fee will be credited in full toward the final balance of any garment or order placed during your appointment.

 

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. When proper notice is provided, the $225 Concierge Visit Fee will be refunded in full.

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, missed appointments, or same-day rescheduling requests will result in forfeiture of the Concierge Visit Fee.
